Fiercely Free Friday

Although we may sometimes forget, life is a beautiful gift from God. It is easy to take this for granted when we are busy or overwhelmed with uncertainty, bills, frustrations, addictive behaviors, and broken relationships, which cause anxiety, stress, and fear. Because life is so very precious, I have a challenge for you on this Fiercely Free Friday. It is simply this: STOP and take a pause moment. During your pause, take time to make room to allow God to interrupt all of the stuff that has interrupted your recognizing the value of taking intentional time out for YOU. All of the things that we may allow to get in the way of our taking meaningful me-time moments will be there after your stopping to taking a pause. But I will ensure you that you will be all the better prepared and equipped with clarity, wisdom, and insight as to how to face that which is in front of you. Not only that, you will have a greater appreciation for this gift called life, your hope will be restored, and ALL dimensions of your wellness - emotional, mental, physical, financial, spiritual, and social will improve for the best.

Today, take a moment to appreciate the things, your life, your supportive relationships, and the kindness God bestows upon you. Girl, don't you dare compare your life with others; instead, embrace that you are so worthy of taking meaningful moments just for you!
