My beautiful sisters, we are the only ones who can determine what our self-care practices are. We must understand the importance and the magnitude of making our self-care a priority! Self-care is not selfish. Self-care is necessary. It keeps your mind, your body, and your soul well. Taking time to nurture yourself is critical for your well-being as it’s hard to take care of others if you don’t care for yourself. Taking care of yourself is a reminder that YOU Matter!
